Contact Centre Representatives - Maroochydore

Multiple permanent roles commencing from January 2020

Working hours range between 20-36 hours per week - working  3-5 days per week

About the role:

We are looking for people to join us in our contact centre in Maroochydore in permanent roles, who are committed to working as a team by demonstrating a high level attention to detail, taking accountability for their actions and displaying an enthusiastic attendance work ethic. This is a role that would suit a motivated and customer service focused individual in a rapidly-growing team. Your role will be fast-paced and dynamic, with the potential to receive monthly rewards for achieving targets.

If successful it is extremely important that you can fully commit to up to 3 weeks of paid fulltime training at commencement, as this training must be completed in the set timeframe.

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:

  • demonstrate outstanding communication skills over the phone
  • manage your time effectively whilst multitasking
  • confidently work through a conflict situation to obtain a resolution
  • work to achieving set targets
  • display strong resilience and sound judgment in handling role specific tasks
  • competently use a computer
  • demonstrate outstanding customer service skills
  • work on a roster Monday – Sunday
